Kalshang medium pressure series reciprocating piston air Equipment adheres to the design concept of low speed, heavy load and suitable for continuous operation, with low exhaust temperature, low vibration, low noise and low oil consumption. Pursuing low failure rate and high reliability, the whole machine has reasonable structure, simple system, reliable control and stable performance. A more complete variety of series has been formed, both mobile type with gas storage tank and fixed type without gas storage tank. There is both the form of single machine, but also to adapt to the large displacement of the combined machine. In order to better support the blowing machine, we have also designed and developed a combination machine that integrates a medium-pressure machine for blowing bottles, a low-pressure machine for moulding, a gas storage tank, a filter and a cold dryer.
The strong and large head design, with good and sufficient materials and reinforced design of the main components, makes the head size and weight larger than those of other manufacturers and provides a high degree of safety, which, together with the low speed, is particularly suitable for heavy loads and long continuous operation, resulting in particularly high reliability and long life.
Specially designed for heat dissipation and airflow, the exhaust temperature is low, not easy to accumulate carbon and high efficiency. The valve spring is made of special spring steel wire imported from Japan, and there is no bending movement of the valve during operation, which makes the performance and life index of the valve particularly good. The piston ring is made of Japanese Riken ring, which is durable and does not need oil. The crankshaft is high-frequency quenched, especially wear-resistant. The relevant moving parts are precision balanced, the dynamic rotation is particularly smooth and the noise is particularly low. The air filter core is made of imported filter paper, which has good filtering and noise elimination effects and is durable.
