ZT5 integrated open-air DTH drilling rig is an advanced drilling equipment with automatic rod changing system and comfortable cab, which integrates DTH drilling system and screw air compression system. It is equipped with Yuchai six-cylinder engine, with compact structure, good integrity and convenient movement. 1. The drilling rig has a compact structure, which is an organic combination of an open-pit DTH drilling rig and a
medium-pressure screw machine.
2. The rig is equipped with a single-stage medium-pressure screw main engine, with flow (10m3/min) and air pressure (1.5MPa), and pneumatic impact with medium-pressure is adopted, with high efficiency and low energy consumption.
3. The rig has a low center of gravity and balanced distribution, and is equipped with a heavy-duty “four-wheel belt”, a 19 automatic leveling device and a double locking system that can be independently controlled, thus improving the stability of the rig and adapting to different ground conditions. The rig is equipped with a two-speed walking motor+reducer structure,which achieves the perfect combination of speed and strength.
4. The large-displacement hydraulic pump is directly installed at the rear power take-off port of the engine, so the structure is simple and the fault source is reduced.
5. Large-scale luffing boom system can meet the requirements of different stations under various working conditions, especially for drilling low-level horizontal holes.
6. Highly integrated hydraulic control system and centralized operation platform, one station can control the whole machine freely.
7. The rig is equipped with a rotary propulsion speed switching valve, which can be adjusted in time according to the different characteristics and working conditions of the drilled rock, with high drilling speed and high hole-forming rate.
8. The rig is equipped with a real-time monitoring system and a stable self-protection system, which can accurately reflect and control the working state of the rig, and can automatically stop if it exceeds the set range and fails.
